Mission Statements
 
  Aipusen English Training Institute aims to provide the highest quality English language instruction in a modern, child-friendly learning environment. We foster positive attitudes towards English and education in general. Our international staff promotes cultural awareness and prepares students for their future participation in the global community.
 
 
Expectations for teachers.
Teachers should promote communicative English use in, and when possible,
  outside, the classroom.
Teachers should provide balanced English instruction, which focuses on
  speaking and listening but does not neglect reading and writing.
Teachers should be constructive language models, using clear, correct and
  natural English and pronunciation.
Teachers should care not only for their students' academic performance but
  also for their welfare and development in every respect.
Teachers should be positive role models.
Teachers should respect their students' language and culture whilst providing
  constructive exposure to their own.
 
 
Expectations for TAs.
TAs should work constructively with teachers to provide the best possible
  English education.
TAs should be positive learning models, using English whenever possible and
  encouraging students to do so.
TAs should be professional in their work and attitudes at all times.
TAs should assist teachers with the preparation and implementation of
  lessons.
TAs should alert teachers to specific difficulties faced by Chinese learners of
  English.
TAs should demonstrate cultural awareness and promote cultural
  understanding between teachers and students.
TAs should be a channel of communication between teachers, students,
  parents, schools, and the Institute.
