| Our philosophy is simple-children learn by having fun. We create a positive learning environment where our students can develop their English language skills and have fun at the same time. Before we can teach them to speak English, we must teach them to like English. |

Presently,
all of our teachers work within public schools in Guangzhou. Usually, a
separate classroom will be available for the use of our teachers. Their
students will attend our English classes as an optional, but regular part
of their school program. Working within the public school system, as we
do, makes it imperative to maintain cordial relations with the schools and
their faculty. When invited, we participate in school activities or presentations.
We also conduct open classes of our own once a semester as well as simple
presentations for the parents of our students to better understand our approach
and see the progress their children are making. Include intro piece about drama program and maybe drama page |

We
rely on established, commercially available curricula to teach students
modern English in an age-appropriate manner. Each series contains several
progressive levels, each completed in a semester or school year. They
employ engaging characters and are designed to teach language in a fun
and interactive way. Songs and games are an integral part of our teaching
method. Students are asked to purchase books and a cassette tape at the
start of each level, in order to review at home and do related activities.
Using teachers' manuals, picture cards, puppets, games and realia, teachers
present each lesson in their own manner, or follow established lesson
plans. Extra visuals, worksheets and activities, as well as copying, laminating,
etc. are available in our office, as well as extra help in preparing visuals
and other classroom materials.
