How
many students are in each class? |
 |
Kindergarten
classes have an average of 15-18 students. Primary school and semester
classes can have 20 to 25 students in attendance. Occasionally, some
teachers have to teach a 50 student class due to the illness or absence
of another teacher, but this is avoided whenever possible. After-school
classes have from 6 to 20 students.

Are
there any extracurricular activities for your students? |
 |
During
the winter and summer breaks, we hold an English camp for students
to attend if they wish. These camps include games, crafts, sports,
field trips, music, video, and a variety of other themes and activities
where students and teachers use English to interact. We have also begun
a weekend drama program, where students have the opportunity to use
their English skills to present plays. |

How
do I apply for a teaching job? |
 |
You
can email or fax your resume with a cover letter to one of the addresses
on the "Contact Us"
page. |
 |
Do
you help teachers acquire work visas? |
 |
We
take care of all visas and residence requirements once the teacher
has arrived in China. Normally, teachers arrive in China with a tourist
visa, which they obtain by their own means in their home country.
Upon their arrival, we sponsor them and immediately begin the process
of changing their tourist visa to a work visa. The teacher reimburses
this cost to the office in increments from the first few pay periods. |
